Drinking And Driving: Malloy’s Other Agenda

At our recent CTNJ editorial board meeting at the Capitol with Gov. Malloy, I managed to steer the conversation away from education to more important subjects like liquor sales reform, gas taxes and road tolls.

How would his liquor sales reform proposal actually create jobs? Would he be willing to cut taxes on gasoline in return for reinstating tolls on some of Connecticut’s roads?

The answers might surprise you.
