One is a first-amendment case involving the Enfield Board of Education’s practice of holding high school graduations in a church. The other concerns a Central Connecticut State University instructor who has the habit of breaking the law.
In a word, it was not a good month for justice in our state — although the indictment of Josh Nassi, Chris Donovan’s congressional campaign director, was a step in the right direction.
